• The Journey must originate from Sri Lanka and is applicable on Qatar Airways operated flights only (code share flights are excluded from the promotion)

• Infants are not eligible for this Offer. (Child discounts shall be applicable as per base fare rule)

• The Cardholder must travel. Passengers travelling under one booking (“one PNR”) cannot travel on separate dates

• Ticketing restrictions, date changes, refunds and no-show penalty fees will be based on Qatar Airways policy

• Passenger must possess valid travel documents and are responsible for obtaining relevant visas, other authorizations and documents required for travel

• Standard terms and conditions and fare rules will continue to apply – please read the fare conditions online at the time of purchase as fare rules vary by ticket and destination

• The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this Offer

• The Cardholders must perform the eligible transaction using a HSBC Credit Cards

• The minimum Credit Card transaction value to be eligible for Flexi conversions under this Promotion shall be LKR 50,000/-and the maximum will be LKR 600,000/- via www.hsbc.lk/flexi

• Bank will complete the submitted requests within 14 working days and Cardholders will be notified of the outcome via the registered mobile number held in HSBC system records

• This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions carried out by the merchant or banks
