Select 'HSBC'

Enter your card number and transfer amount

Pay via Online Banking

You can log-on to HSBC Online Banking at www.hsbc.lk or on the HSBC Mobile Banking app in order to make payments towards your HSBC Credit Card from your eligible accounts managed by HSBC Sri Lanka.

Please find the below cut-off times for the online banking payments made to HSBC Credit Cards.

All payments made will be updated under “Available credit” of the cardholders’ credit card account, real time.
Payment history (“Posting date”) and the credit card “Balance” will be updated by the following working day.
Payments made up to 5:30 pm on due dates will be credited to the Cardholders’ credit card account as a same day payment.
“Posting date” of payments made during bank holidays or weekends, will appear as the following working day.

We can save you time and spare you the inconvenience by undertaking to make your regular payments such as insurance premiums, rentals, hire purchase payments or even payments to family members. All you have to do is give us your instructions and we will do the rest.

We have now expanded our portfolio of distribution channels to 1000 approved third party access points, with comprehensive services aimed at making banking more convenient than ever before. This move comes in the wake of HSBC's alliance with many Sri Lankan partners, namely Singer Sri Lanka, Cargills Ceylon Ltd and Jay Kay Marketing (Keells).

You can now make cash payments to your credit card account at any Cargills Food City outlet islandwide. You will be charged 0.75% of the payment made on your next bill (This rate could change without notice). Payments made up to 4:00 p.m. on Bank working days will be credited to the cardholder's account on the next working day after 7:30 a.m.

You can now make cash payments to your credit card account at any Singer Plus, Singer Mega, Modern homes and Sisil showroom island-wide
When you make cash payments to your credit card account a computer generated receipt will be issued at the time of the bill payment
Payments made upto 4:00 p.m. on bank working days will be credited to the cardholders account on the next working day after 7:30 a.m.
A handling fee of 0.75% of the total payment will be charged to your credit card account in the following month

Simply call up our Automated Telephone Banking facility and transfer funds from your Savings or Current Account to your Credit Card Account from the comfort of your home or office. This facility is available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. If you do not have this facility, apply today by filing in an application at any HSBC branch.

Send us a cheque by post. Issue the cheque in favour of 'HSBC Open Account (O/A) Card Number', and post it along with the tear off portion of your statement to No. 24, Sir Baron Jayatilake Mawatha, Colombo 1.

HSBC has formed an alliance with JAY KAY MARKETING (KEELLS) to accept HSBC credit card Payments at their branches. This alliance has paved the way to increase our reach and enhancing the convenience to our credit card customers.

You can now make cash payments to your credit card account and a computer generated receipt will be issued at the time of the bill payment.

Payment made up to 4:00p.m. on bank working days will be credited to the cardholders account on the next working day after 7:30a.m.

A handling fee of 0.75% of the total payment will be charged to your credit card account in the following month.
