Once you accumulate 4000 Rewards points, they can be redeemed at a wide network of over 1000 partner outlets instantly, converted to Star Points or converted to air miles with our Mileage partner programmes once you accumulate 5000 Rewards points. Enjoy the convenience of instantly redeeming your rewards at any of our rewards partner outlets across the island. All you have to do is simply walk into any of our rewards partner outlets and swipe your card to enjoy shopping, dining and travel absolutely free, with our compliments.

Dialog Star Points
- To convert your Dialog Star Points to HSBC Rewards Points , where 1 Star Point will give you 1 Rewards point, all you have to do is type <HSBC>space<credit card number>space<point(s) amount> and SMS to 141.
- While HSBC Premier cardholders can convert 1 reward point for LKR1, all other cardholders can convert 3 rewards points into 1 Star Point.
- To convert your HSBC Rewards Points to Dialog Star Points please call the HSBC Call Centre.

This is an exclusive benefit extended to our HSBC Premier and Rewards cardholders. Simply register your Frequent Flyer membership number with us and start enjoying free flights, upgrades and much more with your preferred airline. Once you accumulate 5000 Rewards points, you can choose to convert your Rewards points to air miles. For HSBC Premier and Rewards Credit Cards 5 points will give you 1 air mile.

Rewards validity
Rewards points earned in a particular year will expire after 2 years from the card renewal month on the last working day (card renewal month being the month on which annual fees is charged to the card).
