New design to make your banking easier

We are enhancing our Online Banking platform to give you a better user experience. The first set of updates, which included a new home page and secure messaging, went live on 17 August.

Now we bring you the updated Move Money service which will go live from 02 November 2022 onwards and eStatements which will go live on 16 November. All customers will be moved to the new service in batches and we will notify you via email and SMS when it’s your time to experience the new design.

While the changes take place, please note that the login process via www.hsbc.lk will not change, nor will your logon user ID, password, or secure code.

What's new?

  • A simplified move money service

With the new Transfer Selection page, choosing the type of transaction you want to make is that much easier, whether it is between your own accounts, to saved or new payees.

  • eStatements

eStatements will go live on 16 November 2022.

An updated eStatement service with simplified statement selection options. If you have multiple accounts and product types, you will now have the option to filter and find your estatement much more easily.
